Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager on Duty at Ashwini Trauma Centre, located in Cuttack. The Manager on Duty will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring patients receive high-quality care, managing staff, coordinating with different departments, and addressing any issues that arise in real-time. The role also includes maintaining operational efficiency, implementing hospital policies, and working closely with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
