Manager Controllership

About the role:

You are Responsible for

●Close operational / month-end activities and ensure correct financial reporting

● Ensure all processes are operating efficiently and effectively. Lead in design

/configuration and rolling out of new initiates for bringing productivity and

efficiency in the process.

● Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures, and internal controls are in

place, documented, and operating as intended

● Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating

duplicates; coordinating information requirements.

● Manage internal and external audit requirements and will also ensure

compliance with Sox requirements for assigned activities.

● Actively participate in strategic initiatives and special projects when assigned or

required.

● Ability to analyze complex datasets and provide business inputs to management.

● Manage Statutory Audits and Tax Audits.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum 3 + year of experience
3. Previous experience in credit control or accounts receivable management within the travel industry preferred.
4. Strong understanding of financial principles, credit risk assessment, and collections procedures.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
6. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle,) and Microsoft Office suite.
