About the role:


This role focuses on client acquisition, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships across various entertainment and media industries to drive growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to enhance revenue streams, foster long-term relationships, and position the company as a leader in the dynamic landscape of Entertainment, Media, Films, Weddings and Experiential marketing.

This is an individual contributor role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various industries to drive revenue growth.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations showcasing Stage Automation offerings to multiple stakeholders within Event Agencies, Content & Production houses, Wedding agencies etc.
  • Attract sponsorships from potential brands for independent IPs—conceived, marketed, and driven by Hyperlink.
  • Servicing & do project management for developing film concepts and scripts in collaboration with the Directors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and agreements to maximize value.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to create tailored client solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
  • Drive revenue growth by optimizing partnerships and expanding product offerings.
  • Track and report business development activities and performance metrics.
  • Leverage social channels to promote offerings across client networks and the company's platforms.


Required Qualification, Experience & skills:

  • Graduate from a Film school or in Mass Media & Communications
  • 8+ years of overall experience in sales or business development role in media industry
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in sales role with a content or Film production house. Additional exposure to TV & theatre medium is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills & presentation skills.
  • Must have good organizational, Analytical and Coordinating abilities
  • Self – Motivated & target oriented
  • Willingness to diversify into new industries beyond their core expertise
