Job Description

Manager – CEO’s Office

Location: Mohali, India

Reporting To: CEO

Employment Type: Full-Time

is an innovative startup that aims to revolutionize the Indian quick-service restaurant (QSR) sector by offering a contemporary twist on traditional flavors. As we continue to grow rapidly, we are seeking a versatile professional to join our CEO’s Office, where they will contribute to strategic initiatives spanning business development, consumer experience, analytics, IT, product innovation, and franchise operations.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategic Initiatives

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.

Assist the CEO in strategic planning and execution of growth initiatives.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.

Consumer Experience & Analytics

Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction through data-driven insights.

Analyze customer feedback and operational data to inform service improvements.

Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

IT & Digital Transformation

Collaborate with IT teams to implement digital tools that streamline operations.

Ensure seamless integration of technology solutions across departments.

Stay informed about emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.

New Product and Store Launches

Aid in the planning and execution of new product introductions.

Coordinate with R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure timely launches.

Monitor product performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Franchise Onboarding & Support

Facilitate the onboarding process for new franchise partners.

Develop training materials and operational manuals to ensure brand consistency.

Provide ongoing support to franchisees to drive their success.

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in business development, operations, or a similar role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools is advantageous.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.

Personal Attributes

Highly organized with strong project management skills.

Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset.

Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
