Job Description

Job Summary:

Management Trainee - HR


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and coordinate content for Shalby ELITE and the JD Manual
  • Write and finalize job descriptions in collaboration with department heads
  • Handle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout
  • Oversee joining formalities: documentation, ID generation, induction
  • Assist with employee transfers, HR scorecards, KRAs, and monthly HR data reporting
  • Coordinate with corporate communication and internal teams as needed
  • Support with presentations and additional HR assignments



Preferred Background:

  • Experience in recruitment and HR coordination
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HRMS and tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
