Job Description

The MIS (Management Information Systems) Person is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust financial reporting and data analysis systems. This role ensures timely and accurate management reporting, supports strategic decision-making, and improves financial transparency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, automate, and manage periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly) MIS reports.
  • Consolidate financial data from various systems for management reviews.
  • Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actual) and highlight key business drivers.
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across all financial systems.
  • Maintain financial databases and dashboards for real-time monitoring.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, sales, and IT teams to understand reporting needs.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior management.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and reporting
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau (or similar BI tools)
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong communication and presentation skills
  • 5–8 years of experience in MIS reporting, financial planning, or a similar role
  • Qualification - Minimum Graduate
