Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Team Leader to manage daily operations, handle customer interactions, and expand our driver network in Kanpur. The role requires someone capable of taking calls, coordinating services, and recruiting a minimum of 4 drivers in the initial phase. You will act as the primary point of contact for operational activities and team coordination in Kanpur.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, client queries, and driver coordinationRecruit and onboard at least 4 professional drivers within the first monthManage daily driver deployment and ensure timely execution of scheduled and on-demand servicesMonitor operational flow, track bookings, and resolve issues such as delays, cancellations, or complaintsMaintain driver performance records, attendance logs, and client interaction summariesSupport driver training and ensure all service standards and protocols are followedCoordinate with the central team for resource planning, reporting, and escalationsMaintain accurate operational reports and share daily/weekly updates with managementBuild strong local network and awareness of the Kanpur market to scale operations effectivelyBe available on-call 24x7 and demonstrate flexibility in working hours as per operational demands

Required Skills & Qualifications
