Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Logistics data analysis:
  • Analyze courier performance across regions, weights, and service types
  • Monitor key logistics KPIs — delivery TATs, RTO rates, forward/reverse shipments
  • Identify cost leakages (e.g., high shipping charges, wrong weight slabs) and suggest corrective actions
  • Operational insights:
  • Create insightful reports from WooCommerce, Shipway, and Excel data dumps
  • Analyze zone-wise courier performance to optimize courier selection
  • Build dashboards to track real-time logistics efficiency
  • Vendor & partner coordination:
  • Collaborate with courier partners for rate negotiation and service improvement
  • Track contract terms, rate revisions, and service-level agreements
  • Communicate data-backed feedback to external partners
  • Proactive monitoring:
  • Flag operational bottlenecks based on data trends
  • Recommend changes in packaging, order processing, or courier allocation for smoother delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IFs, etc.).
  • Ability to pull and clean raw data from logistics dashboards or order management systems.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with courier partners and internal teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset — someone who doesn’t just point out issues but suggests solutions.
