Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Manager to oversee and manage all logistics and courier operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day courier partner coordination (including Delivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees, etc.), managing escalations and complaints, ensuring seamless cash-on-delivery (COD) operations, and resolving COD-related challenges. The role demands a strong focus on performance monitoring, issue resolution, and timely delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Courier Partner Management:
• Coordinate with multiple courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Ecom Express, XpressBees) for pickups, deliveries, and reverse logistics.
• Evaluate and monitor courier partner performance (TAT, delivery success, NDR rates).
• Follow up regularly for delivery updates and issue resolution.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Operations:
• Manage COD shipment processes end-to-end.
• Monitor COD remittance cycles and ensure timely cash flow reconciliation.
• Resolve COD-specific issues like fake RTOs, incorrect NDR updates, and delayed settlements.
• Escalation & Complaint Handling:
• Handle customer and internal escalations related to lost, delayed, or undelivered shipments.
• Coordinate with courier teams to ensure quick resolution of complaints.
• Track complaint resolution TATs and work toward reducing recurring issues.
• Logistics Optimization & Reporting:
• Analyze logistics data and create performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Identify process gaps and suggest actionable improvements.
• Ensure compliance with logistics SLAs and internal KPIs.
• Stakeholder Coordination:
• Work closely with customer service
• Act as the key point of contact for all logistics-related updates and issues.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in logistics management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of courier operations and last-mile delivery.
• Experience managing COD logistics and resolving COD-related challenges.
• Proficient in using logistics software and Excel-based reporting.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with leading courier aggregators or 3PLs.
• Knowledge of reverse logistics and NDR processes.
• Familiarity with ERP and OMS platforms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
