Lead UI (React) Engineer

Job Description

Lead, design, develop and test Modern Web applications and work with fellow Software Engineers and Product Managers to navigate the discussion and strategy in architecting web and cloud platforms Own end-to-end architectural assessments and delivery of our client platforms Define, architect and break out epics/features for others, while maintaining a sense of the whole picture Work in a cross-functional agile team to deliver working software incrementally Help with the growth of the Web Practice by collaborating on the interviewing pipeline, hosting tech talks and workshops, identifying industry trends to discuss, and participating in practice activities Mentor the less-experienced members of the team, interview potential engineers for your own and other teams, have an opportunity to help influence the direction of the project, and showcase your technical skills and knowledge in company tech talks. 7+ years of enterprise application development and platform modernization experience, including web applications development using React.js, Node.js, Redux, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular.js, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST 2+ years of consulting experience, working closely with enterprise clients 2+ year of experience leading a team Experience with building reusable component libraries for Design Language Systems Solid understanding of Browser performance Experience with CI/CD practices and testing (including complex unit tests, integration tests, etc.) Knowledge of GraphQL, Websockets, and server-side rendering Experience in Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience in defining business needs, guiding customers in the right direction to achieve satisfactory outcomes that align with business goals Expert in creating detailed solutions and architecture diagrams for presentations, proposals, and implementation plans Strong executive presence with creative brainstorming skills, high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external stakeholders, IT management, and both technical and non-technical teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have with React ?
