Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Hosur for a Lead Recruiter at Albee's OD Solution. The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, leading the recruitment process, conducting interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Qualifications Recruitment Strategy Development and Implementation Interviewing and Selection Process Collaboration with Hiring Managers Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills Experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
