Role Highlights:

  • Lead design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical systems, including turbines, compressors, pumps, tanks, and heat exchangers.
  • Oversee engineering calculations, code compliance, and technical specifications for all mechanical equipment.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams throughout project execution.
  • Review vendor offers, prepare technical evaluations, and support procurement and commissioning.
  • Guide teams in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of best practices.
  • Ensure all deliverables, drawings, and documentation are completed within project schedules.
  • Support business development and contribute to high-quality proposals and tenders.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in power or gas industry projects, especially combined cycle power plants.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, standards, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency with design and analysis tools (CAD, FEA, CFD).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel or be based at project sites as needed.
