Role Description

Job Title:

Senior AI/ML Engineer – Python/AI-ML

Hiring Location:

Across UST Locations

Experience Range:

3–8 years

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Python for AI/ML model development
Expertise in Keras and Pandas
Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, Transformers
Proficiency in building and managing data pipelines using Kafka and big data technologies
Experience in Time Series modeling
Knowledge of cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, or GCP (deployment, scalability, performance optimization)
Familiarity with Aurora DB and ELK stack
Ability to build reusable ML components for scalable systems
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to GANs and other Generative AI frameworks
Experience with synthetic data generation techniques
Understanding of ML model compliance and performance benchmarking
Background in mentoring junior developers or technical leadership
Familiarity with model observability and monitoring tools

Skills

AI/ML Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI
Programming Proficiency: Python (4+ years), Keras (4+ years), Pandas (4+ years), FastAPI
Advanced ML Models: LangChain ,GPT-3, GANs, Transformers (BERT, T5), Large Language Models (LLMs)
Analytical Models: Time Series Forecasting, Predictive Modelling
