Job Description

We are looking for Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic team. A Lead Generation Executive identifies and generates potential customers for a business, ultimately driving new business opportunities and supporting the sales team. Candidate should generate lead for Mobile App Development,Web App Development, Website Designing, ERP Softwares , CRM Softwares , HRMS Software etc. required clients .They use various strategies, including research, outreach, and lead qualification, to build a pipeline of qualified prospects and a B2B Lead Generation Executive focuses on identifying and qualifying potential clients for a business-to-business organization.Nurture relationships, and ultimately drive sales. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Roles and responsibilities - The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for generating new sales leads and building relationships with potential clients through various marketing channels like IndiaMart, Direct on Google Search, Just Dail , Linkedin , Tradeindia etc. And role involves researching target markets, identifying potential customers, and developing a strategy to engage with them. The Lead Generation Executive plays a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the success of the organization's sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: 1-Conduct research to identify potential customers and target markets. 2-Develop and implement a strategy to engage with potential clients through various marketing channels, such as email, social media, and phone. 3-Generate leads through targeted campaigns, including email marketing, social media outreach, and cold calling,IndiaMart, Direct on Google Search, Just Dail , Linkedin , Tradeindia etc 4-Qualify leads based on the organization's sales criteria and assign them to the appropriate sales representative. 5-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activities in the organization's clients relationship management (CRM) system. 6-Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through ongoing communication and follow-up. Skill and Qualifications - 1- Experience in lead generation and effective coridnation with sales team. 2-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with potential clients and sales representatives. 3-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
