About The Role
We are on the lookout for a forward-thinking analytics leader who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and impact. As our Lead Data & Analytics Strategist, you’ll head a high-performing team to design and deliver transformative insights that shape client decisions, marketing outcomes, and growth trajectories.This is a hands-on, high-ownership role focused on creating data-driven frameworks, building intelligent systems, and driving adoption of advanced analytics across clients in a digital-first ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership in Analytics
Translate business objectives into scalable, insight-rich analytics strategies.
Partner with senior stakeholders to co-create long-term data roadmaps.Lead analytics workshops and discovery sessions with clients.
- Team Management & Capability Building
Mentor and upskill a team of analysts and data scientists.
Promote best practices in modeling, data integrity, storytelling, and tooling.Set the benchmark for technical rigor, project accountability, and innovation.
- Advanced Analytics and Modeling
Design and deploy predictive models, customer segmentation, and optimization engines.
Lead initiatives like Market Mix Modeling, Incrementality Testing, Uplift Modeling, and LTV forecasting.Integrate machine learning into business workflows with measurable impact.
- Data Infrastructure & Governance
Establish standards for data validation, transformation, and governance.
Drive adoption of cloud-based architecture (BigQuery, RedShift, Snowflake).Collaborate with engineering to enhance ETL and data pipeline reliability.
- Client Advisory & Delivery Excellence
Serve as the analytics point of contact for key accounts.
Build tailored dashboards, visual narratives, and data products for decision-makers.Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of projects with tangible ROI.
- Continuous Innovation & Research
Stay ahead of analytics, martech, and data science trends.Experiment with emerging tools, from GenAI to real-time data engines.Advocate for a test-and-learn mindset across teams.
What We’re Looking For
4–6+ years
of experience in analytics, data science, or marketing analytics roles
Prior Experience Leading Teams Or Owning End-to-end Analytics Functions
Proficiency in
Python, SQL
, and data modeling techniquesDeep familiarity with
ML frameworks
(e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow)Visualization fluency in
Tableau, Power BI
, or similar toolsCloud-native mindset (experience with
GCP/BigQuery
,
AWS/Redshift
, etc.)Bonus: exposure to
Airflow
