Job Description

Klaviyo SMS Technical Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end

    Klaviyo SMS campaigns

    (flows, automations, campaigns).
  • Own technical integration of

    Klaviyo with Shopify/Magento/BigCommerce

    and other 3rd-party tools.
  • Segment audiences based on shopping behavior, demographics, and engagement metrics.
  • Ensure

    compliance

    with SMS marketing laws (TCPA, GDPR, CTIA guidelines, etc.).
  • Monitor deliverability, unsubscribe rates, conversion metrics, and A/B testing results.
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and growth teams for high-performing creative.
  • Set up real-time reporting dashboards and performance tracking systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SMS delivery or integration issues.
  • Stay up to date on SMS marketing trends and Klaviyo platform updates.


Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in

    eCommerce marketing

    , with 3+ years focused on

    Klaviyo SMS

    .
  • Proven record of driving revenue through SMS automation and segmentation.
  • Hands-on experience integrating

    Klaviyo with Shopify or similar platforms

    .
  • Strong understanding of SMS compliance and opt-in strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in reporting, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent communication & project management skills.
