What We Offer:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of commercial vehicle spare parts RDC while managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with our clients. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
· Ensure efficient utilization of warehouse space and resources to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
· Implement best practices for inventory control, including regular audits and cycle counts.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, understanding their needs and requirements.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing any concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and quality standards.
· Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.
· Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
· Develop action plans to address operational challenges and drive process optimization.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
· Minimum of 5 years of working experience in the automobile parts industry, with a strong understanding of commercial vehicle parts.
· Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
· Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management principles, and logistics processes.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
· Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience in leading and motivating teams.
· Analytical mind set with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
