Job Description

Role Overview


Key Responsibilities -


  • Set up, run, and monitor retention campaigns (push, in-app, email, messages) 
  • Analyze retention metrics and customer behavior using cohort and funnel analysis
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track user engagement, retention KPIs, and campaign performance
  • Create user segments and support personalization strategies
  • Conduct A/B tests and report results with actionable insights
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and content teams to align messaging with user journeys
  • Present insights regularly to stakeholders to guide campaign and product decisions

Skills & Qualifications -


  • 0–2 years experience in CRM, retention marketing, or analytics
  • Working knowledge of CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar tools
  • Strong analytical skills; familiarity with dashboards (e.g., in Google Data Studio, Tableau, or analytics tools)
  • Comfortable with cohort analysis, user segmentation, and basic A/B testing
  • Bonus: Basic SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, or experience with data visualization
