CAB Worldwide, a global manufacturing, engineering, and distribution leader for over 45 years, is looking for a Junior Design Engineer to join our growing India team! 💼About the Role: As a Junior Design Engineer , you’ll play a key role in supporting engineering design, product development, and process improvements. You’ll collaborate across functions, contribute to new designs, support testing and validation, and help drive quality excellence in everything we build. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Participate in the design and development of engineered products, components, and systems. Use CAD tools to create models, drawings, and prototypes. Conduct product testing, validation, and root cause analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders. Implement engineering process improvements and assist with quality assurance. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment. 🎓 Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive, or related Engineering fields. Hands-on experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Solid Edge) and basic GD&T. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
