Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, passionate about business growth, and ready to take the first step in a rewarding career in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential clients and markets.
Support the senior business development team in generating leads and qualifying prospects.
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client communications.
Maintain CRM systems and update records accurately and regularly.
Conduct outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms to schedule meetings.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and trend tracking.
Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to develop new growth strategies.
Attend client meetings (virtually or on-site) with senior team members when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic understanding of sales principles and marketing strategies.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
