WE ARE HIRE Jr. Sales Executive Freshers and Experience both can apply. Location- Noida Sec 63 Interview Mode- Face to Face Salary Range- 15k (Depends on Interview) Roles & Responsibilities: New client acquisition. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads. Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information. Develop & implement innovative sales & marketing strategies across multiple channels Use alternative & collaborative thinking to generate and realize sales lead. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Attending conferences, meetings and industry events. Monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics, market trends, and other relevant data to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies and identify areas for improvement. Gathering feedback from clients/customers to understand their needs, preferences, and satisfaction levels. Using this feedback to improve products/services and strengthen client relationships. Managing the business development budget effectively, allocating resources wisely, and ensuring a positive return on investment. Meeting sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. This includes developing sales plans, forecasting sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Developing and implementing strategies to acquire new clients/customers while also retaining existing ones. This may involve cold calling, networking, relationship building, and maintaining strong client relationships. IT/ software sales experience is a must. Requirements- Good Communication skills in English written and Oral. Experience in Generating Leads is must. Cold Calling.
