Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Business Development Executive (Jr. BDE) to join our onsite team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of online bidding platforms like Upwork, familiarity with staff augmentation, and a passion for sales and client engagement. This role requires someone who is proactive, confident, and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and generating leads through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Help draft proposals and bids for IT services and staff augmentation projects.
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present suitable solutions.
• Collaborate with senior team members for strategy, follow-ups, and deal closures.
• Maintain and update the lead database, proposals, and CRM systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, service offerings, and competitor activities.
• Support the BD team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Key Requirements:

• Fresher to 2 years of experience in business development or online bidding in the IT sector.
• Basic knowledge of Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
• Familiarity with staff augmentation and IT resource models is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently under guidance.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to platforms like Freelancer, Fiverr, or Clutch.
• Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation software.
• Understanding of IT services like web/mobile development, software testing, etc.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
