TCS IS HIRING FOR JIRA ADMIN_5 TO 7 YEARS EXP FOR KOLKATA LOCATION
JD FOR REFERENCE:
Administer and support Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (if applicable).
· Configure and maintain custom workflows, fields, screens, permissions, and schemes.
· Manage Jira user accounts, groups, roles, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
· Work with development, QA, and project management teams to implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
· Create and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports to support project and operational needs.
· Automate repetitive tasks using automation rules and integrations.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose Jira-based solutions.
· Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with Atlassian support when necessary.
· Maintain proper documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
· Provide training and support to end users and ensure best practices are followed.
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator.
· Strong understanding of Jira administration (including project configuration, permissions, workflows, etc.).
· Experience with Jira Service Management and Confluence administration.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps (e.g., ScriptRunner, Automation for Jira, etc.).
· Knowledge of REST APIs and integration with other tools (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Jenkins) is a plus.
