This role is for one of our clients Industry: Sales Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Min Experience: 2 years Location: NOIDA JobType: full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Jewelry Store Manager to lead the operations of our premium retail outlet. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving store sales targets, managing day-to-day retail functions, and building a high-performing sales team. You will represent the brand with excellence, ensure the store is always customer-ready, and serve as the primary driver of a service-oriented and results-driven culture. This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who is enthusiastic about fine jewelry and luxury service, with a strong ability to inspire, mentor, and lead by example. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals. Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to drive team development and engagement. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture focused on collaboration, service, and results. Customer Experience & Sales Growth Ensure every customer receives personalized, memorable service tailored to their needs and preferences. Lead the team in achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and build long-term client relationships. Store Operations Oversee all daily operations including staffing, scheduling, cash handling, and compliance. Ensure accuracy in stock levels and manage inventory with attention to high-value merchandise. Monitor store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising to reflect brand standards. Reporting & Analysis Analyze sales trends, foot traffic, and inventory performance to develop action plans. Provide regular reports to senior management on store performance and operational efficiency. Implement initiatives to optimize productivity and profitability. Brand Representation & Events Act as a brand ambassador in the store and the local community. Plan and execute in-store events and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team. Uphold the luxury image and values of the brand at all times. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related discipline. 4–7 years of retail management experience, with at least 2 years in the jewelry or luxury goods sector. Proven leadership experience with a track record of motivating teams to achieve high performance. Strong understanding of retail sales strategies, customer service excellence, and visual merchandising. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Comfort working with sales and inventory management systems (POS, ERP, etc.). Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak shopping hours as required.
