Role Summary:

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend services using
Core Java
,
Spring Boot
, and
RESTful APIs
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Integrate backend services with databases like
MySQL
,
PostgreSQL
, or
MongoDB
Collaborate with front-end developers and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Follow Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

Must-Have Skills:

Core Java 8+
Spring Boot / Spring Framework
RESTful Web Services
JPA/Hibernate
SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
Git, Maven/Gradle
Unit Testing (JUnit/TestNG/Mockito)

Good-to-Have:

Microservices architecture
Docker/Kubernetes
(basic knowledge)
CI/CD tools
like Jenkins, GitLab CI
NoSQL
databases like MongoDB or Redis
Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience with
message brokers
(Kafka/RabbitMQ)
Familiarity with
frontend basics
(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
