The Role Key Responsibilities Design and develop robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot Build responsive and interactive web interfaces using React.js Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement Ideal Profile Required Skills & Qualifications Strong programming skills in Java and familiarity with Spring Boot Solid experience with React.js, including hooks, state management, and component-based architecture Proficient understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have You have at least 5 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within IT.
