Job Title: IT Trainer Location: Mohali Punjab Department: Information Technology / Learning & Development Job Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging IT Trainer to join our team. The IT Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that enhance the technical skills of employees. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication and instructional skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver effective IT training programs for end users and technical staff. Conduct training sessions in person, virtually, or through e-learning platforms. Evaluate individual and organizational development needs and tailor training accordingly. Create training materials including manuals, tutorials, e-learning modules, and user guides. Stay current with new technologies, software updates, and best practices. Provide post-training support and guidance to employees. Monitor and assess training effectiveness to continuously improve content and delivery. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to align training initiatives with business goals. Qualifications: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or related field. Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Instructor, or similar role. Experience in instructional design and training delivery. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and common enterprise applications. Familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, and system administration concepts is a plus. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences. Organized, proactive, and adaptable to different learning styles. Preferred Certifications (Optional): CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer (CTT+) Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Instructional design certifications Work Environment: full time Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
