We are seeking an energetic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with 3 years of proven experience in selling IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing deals across various domains including Open Source Solutions, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, System Integration, and IT Support. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, online research, and digital campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients across various industries, both Domestic and International. Present company services (Cybersecurity, Open Source, IT Support, Managed Services, etc.) to prospective clients through meetings, calls, and demos. Collaborate with technical and presales teams to prepare tailored proposals and solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline using CRM tools. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and marketing activities to promote brand visibility. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales or business development (B2B & B2C). Strong understanding of IT solutions and services, especially in areas like: Open Source Technologies Cybersecurity Solutions IT Infrastructure Support and Services ERP/CRM Solutions Prior experience in selling Red Hat, Accops, or enterprise-grade IT solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Hands-on experience with CRM tools Proficient in using LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital outreach tools. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Location: Kochi, INDIA
