As an IT Product Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth in the competitive IT industry. Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs, showcase product solutions, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. You will be expected to generate leads through various methods such as research, cold calling, and networking. Conducting product presentations and demos to potential clients will be essential in showcasing the value of our IT products. Providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention will be part of your duties. It is important to have a deep understanding of the IT products and services offered by our company. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies will be essential in positioning our products effectively in the market. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools. Regular sales reports and market feedback will need to be prepared for management review. Collaboration is key in this role. Working closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business goals is essential. Customizing solutions for clients in collaboration with internal stakeholders will help drive customer satisfaction and success. To excel in this role, you should ideally have a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of IT solutions like SaaS, cloud computing, networking, or cybersecurity is important. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are a must. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial. Being self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills is crucial for success. Preferred skills for this role include experience in B2B sales or working with mid-size to large enterprises. The ability to handle client objections effectively and provide compelling solutions is an advantage. Knowledge of local and regional IT markets will further enhance your effectiveness in this role.,
