🚀 We're Hiring: IT Operations Manager / Service Delivery Lead

Location:

IT Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

ITIL Framework & Service Management

  • Implement and uphold

    ITIL best practices

    to streamline IT service delivery
  • Manage

    incident

    ,

    problem

    , and

    change management

    processes end-to-end
  • Leverage ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA, Cherwell) for ticketing and service workflows

Infrastructure & Security Oversight

  • Deep understanding of

    network architecture

    ,

    cloud platforms

    ,

    virtualization

    ,

    routing/switching

    , and

    firewalls

  • Ensure security protocols (SSL/TLS, IDS/IPS, antivirus) are in place to safeguard infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with standards like

    ISO 27001

    ,

    GDPR

    , and

    data privacy regulations

Leadership & People Management

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams, define KPIs, and foster accountability
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, encourage upskilling through certifications
  • Resolve interdepartmental conflicts and maintain a high-functioning team environment

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Define, track, and report on

    KPIs

    such as system uptime, MTTR, SLA adherence
  • Prepare executive-level

    IT performance reports

    with insights and improvement plans

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or infrastructure management
  • Proven leadership in managing medium to large tech support/infra teams
  • Strong command over ITSM, networking, cloud tech, and cybersecurity controls
  • Certifications like

    ITIL Foundation/Intermediate

    ,

    ISO 27001

    , or similar are a plus
