Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in hardware and networking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance of systems, and supporting end-users across the organization.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
  • Manage and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and resolve hardware/software issues for end-users.
  • Perform regular system backups and ensure data security.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and documentation of configurations and procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance of IT equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  • Install and configure SAP GUI for the users.
  • Assist in setting up and managing servers and virtualization environments.
  • Support video conferencing systems and other communication tools.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in IT support, hardware maintenance, and networking.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting network devices.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
