What You’ll Do

IT Associate

Key Responsibilities

• CCTV Setup, Maintenance & Monitoring:

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems across the facility.
• Ensure real-time monitoring and timely backup of surveillance footage.
• Troubleshoot camera or DVR/NVR-related issues and coordinate with vendors when needed.

• Hardware Support:

• Troubleshoot issues with laptops, desktops, routers, printers, and classroom tech devices.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely repairs/replacements.

• Network & Connectivity:

• Diagnose and resolve basic networking issues (LAN, internet, WiFi outages).
• Coordinate with ISP or internal IT team for escalations.

• Classroom & Office Tech Setup:

• Manage AV systems, smart boards, and mic setups used in live classes.
• Provide prompt on-site IT support to faculty and staff.

• Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain logs of CCTV checks, system health, and IT issues raised/resolved.
• Assist in onboarding setup for new employees.

What You’ll Need

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CCTV handling and IT hardware support.
• Familiarity with CCTV troubleshooting, DVR/NVR systems, and camera placements.
• Basic knowledge of networking and internet troubleshooting.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in educational institutes or high-footfall environments.
• Knowledge of IT ticketing tools and asset tracking.
