We are hiring for IT-Associate Job Title: IT Associate Experience: 1-3 years Location: Hyderabad Notice Period: 0-15 days Interview Mode: F2F Interview Education: Degree/BE with 1 year of experience to handle responsibilities as per JD Strong communication in English. Primary Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues, resolving problems promptly to minimize downtime. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications, escalating complex problems as needed. Manage user accounts and permissions, including onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring security protocols are followed. Install, update, and configure software applications, ensuring that systems are up-to-date and secure. Monitor network performance and security, using tools to identify and address potential issues proactively. Assist in implementing data backup solutions and procedures, ensuring that data can be recovered in case of loss or disaster. SharePoint user access troubleshooting. Track and manage IT assets, including hardware inventory, software licenses, and maintenance contracts, ensuring proper allocation and utilization. Assist in monitoring and implementing cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and regular security audits to protect company data.
