Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analyze and evaluate existing IT systems, processes, and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth operation of servers, databases, and networks.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather and assess technology requirements.
Develop system specifications, process flows, and documentation for new or modified systems.
Implement upgrades, patches, and new software solutions in coordination with the IT team.
Ensure data security, backup, and recovery procedures are followed as per company policies.
Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects and system migrations.
Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for IT-related services.
Train employees on new systems, software, and IT best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Analyst or similar role.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, networking, and software tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
