Microsoft Intune Engineer

From our India delivery hub, we architect and operate Microsoft cloud endpoint environments that enable zero-touch device provisioning, continuous compliance, and superior user experience.Role & Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and administer Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager for large fleets of Windows, iOS, and Android devices.
Implement Windows Autopilot, co-management, and zero-trust Conditional Access policies to streamline onboarding and fortify security.
Create and maintain compliance, configuration, and application deployment profiles, automating tasks through advanced PowerShell scripting.
Monitor device health, patch status, and MDM/MAM alerts, troubleshooting issues to restore service within SLAs.
Collaborate with Security, Network, and Service Desk teams to integrate Azure AD, Defender for Endpoint, and third-party security tools.
Document architectures, runbooks, and best practices while mentoring junior engineers on Intune and modern management concepts.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

3+ years hands-on with Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager and Azure AD.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation, reporting, and bulk operations.
Solid knowledge of MDM/MAM, device compliance, conditional access, and security baselines.

Preferred

Experience with Windows Autopilot, Co-management (SCCM + Intune), and GPO migration.
Exposure to Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Graph API, and REST-based integrations.
Relevant certifications (MD-102, AZ-104, or equivalent).
