About This Opportunity

We are now looking for an International Mobility(IM) Specialist to manage the day-to-day operations for Long-Term and Short-Term Assignments. You will support the IM CoE by delivering high-quality services and solutions, ensuring seamless coordination across global mobility processes.

What You Will Do

Review and complete Long-Term Assignment (LTA) requisitions
Communicate with GSSC Manila for HRMS status updatesNotify external providers (tax and relocation) of status changesValidate all documentation prior to assignment startConfirm start dates and initiate spendable paymentsUpdate family status for annual salary reviewsCoordinate mass communications (e.g., ECA surveys)Monitor assignment timelines and initiate extensions or terminationsCalculate outstanding vacation upon assignment terminationMaintain documentation in GIM folders and eridocPrepare Short-Term Assignment (STA) agreements

You will bring

Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of International Mobility operations

Good Excel Skills (basic Functions, Formatting, Formulas)

Knowledge of Employee Central / SuccessFactors(SF) / HRMS
Understanding of organizational structure and business alignmentKnowledge of EGMS, data privacy, and compliance regulations6 months to 1 year of experience in International Mobility or related HR supportBehavioral CompetenciesClear and professional communication skillsStrong coordination and time managementProblem-solving and logical reasoningDemonstrated accountability and ownershipAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environmentEducationBachelor’s degree in any stream
