Job Description

He has to travel to different countries to build business. This person will need to travel to targeted states and countries to identify the right business partners, build relationships, and work closely with top management to expand exports. Business development in new international markets and new product launches in existing international markets. Engage with importers/consumers in international markets to understand consumer needs and work with internal teams to develop products for exports. Manage designated external agencies for necessary packaging/labeling development for export markets. Work with brand/media teams to develop brand communication, including digital marketing, for export markets. Responsible for the growth and development of the FMCG/food portfolio. Identify target customers/markets. Understand customer needs by country/territory. Familiarity with the FMCG industry. Build strong networks with export distributors. Track sales goals and report results as necessary. Meet or exceed sales objectives and revenue targets. Build effective trading relationships with key decision-makers. Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, the availability of company products in the market, competitor activities, and look for new business opportunities to safeguard the customer base and increase market share. Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network and routing system to ensure timely deliveries and superior levels of service to company customers. Coordinate with Finance & Accounts to ensure compliance with all financial norms, including controlling collections and receivables. Skills: Sound business, financial, and numerical expertise. Excellent sales track record. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, combined with excellent leadership abilities. Exceptional analytical skills. Professional and mature attitude towards problem-solving, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Competent IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills confident, persuasive, with a 'Can-do' attitude.
