About the Role:


We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Manager – International Business Development with a strong background in B2B services sales, particularly in the Middle East, USA and Europe markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving business growth in international territories.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage international business development efforts with a focus on B2B

2. Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the Middle East, USA Europe, and other strategic regions.

3. Build strong client relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.

4. Develop and execute market-specific go-to-market strategies to achieve sales targets.

5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, pre-sales, delivery teams) to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.

6. Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and business forums internationally.

7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pricing models.

8. Mentor and manage a small team of BD executives.

9. Maintain a robust pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.


Requirements:

1. Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales of services, with at least 2 years in international sales (Middle East, USA and Europe).

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is a must.

4. Demonstrated ability to close large deals and manage complex sales cycles.

5. Familiarity with international business cultures and norms, especially in the Middle East and European regions.

6. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.

8. Willingness to travel internationally as required.


Preferred Qualities:

1. Prior experience working with service-based companies (e.g., consulting, IT, outsourcing, marketing services).

2. High degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
