Management Assurance Services (MAS)

The Management Assurance Services (MAS) department assists the company to effectively manage business risks by providing a full spectrum of internal audit, risk management and corporate governance services. These services are tailored to meet the company's needs and provide effective support to management in meeting the challenges and opportunities presented by today's complex business environment. The MAS function has been evolving over the years and continues to evolve even today keeping in line with new methodologies and technological advances.

About the Position

The resource would be responsible for planning audits, , provide insights for better controls, highlight inadequate practices, underline inadequate compliance to procedures, policies, guidelines, inadequate monitoring, , bringing issues to forefront, , improving internal control and thus helping the business to improve overall performance.

Areas of Responsibility

· Planning Audits: Accumulate, analyze and research the audit areas – business / functions to focus on key business areas and value maximization.

· Ensuring Compliance: Execute work on areas assigned in audit scope to ensure that audits get completed on time.

· Qualitative inputs: Provide specific, practical, sharp inputs to business; carry out disciplined follow ups for improving internal control environment, monitor compliance to business policies.

· Forensic Investigation: support in forensic investigations and verify business transactions to detect frauds.
