Job Description

Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis Support research on national and international certification and accreditation frameworks. Summarize findings to support decision-making on program alignment and compliance Process Documentation Assist in drafting SOPs for student onboarding, course delivery, and support Help map the learner journey, including key touchpoints and communications Tool & LMS Evaluation Participate in the evaluation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational tools Support initial setup or testing of selected systems/platforms Operational Setup Create and maintain trackers and templates for instructor management, course schedules, and project timelines Assist in preparing documentation and checklists for launch readiness Team Coordination Coordinate with internal teams to gather and organize inputs needed for setup Support backend logistics for pilot sessions or early-stage testing Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education , Business, Operations, or a related field (mandatory) Strong research, organizational, and documentation skills Proficiency with Excel and basic tech tools Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and eager to learn in a dynamic, startup environment Preferred (Nice to Have) Prior internship experience in an L&D (Learning & Development) department Exposure to EdTech or academic program operations Key Responsibilities Research & Analysis Support research on national and international certification and accreditation frameworks.
