Role Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media / Content Management Assistant who is passionate about content creation, digital research, and brand communication. In this role, you'll support the digital marketing team in managing social media channels, researching industry trends, creating engaging content, and executing campaigns that grow our online presence. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a good eye for content quality, and experience in managing or supporting digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Social Media Management Assist in planning and scheduling posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Help develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social channels. Monitor engagement and suggest improvements for reach and performance. Content Support & Research Research trends, competitors, and industry topics to support content planning. Assist in writing, editing, and organizing blog posts, social media content, and newsletters. Coordinate with designers or marketing leads to publish branded materials. Digital Campaign Assistance Support ongoing marketing campaigns with content updates and platform management. Help execute and track the success of online initiatives (e.g., emailers, LinkedIn posts). Content & Data Organization Maintain a content calendar and ensure all digital materials are organized and up-to-date. Track performance data from social platforms and suggest action points. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and content planning tools. Interest in research, trend tracking, and creating valuable content.
