The Customer Success Management (CSM) team is accountable for customer adoption, measurable outcomes, customer satisfaction, and creating true customer advocacy. Additionally, our team serves as liaisons between the customer and the GitLab ecosystem, streamlining collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, and others. About the Role: As a L&D Lead , you'll be a strategic champion for employee growth and performance. You'll design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning and development programs. Implement a learning journey approach with a focus on metrics-driven success. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: o Co-create learning curriculum with stakeholders to ensure program effectiveness and ROI and to tailor training programs that address specific requirements. Identify and groom internal trainers to expand training capacity. Evaluate and select external vendors, platforms, or resources for learning initiatives, ensuring quality and value. Content & Delivery: Develop, curate, and contextualize relevant learning content for specific target audiences. Explore and implement blended learning solutions, including e-learning platforms, to broaden reach and engagement. Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions in diverse formats, catering to different learning styles and preferences. Branding and Communication: Design and drive campaigns and initiatives to promote learning adoption and content consumption. Communicate the value of training programs to stakeholders and employees and build a learning culture Learning Analytics: Analyze learning data and generate actionable insights to inform training decisions and improve program effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics and demonstrate the impact of training initiatives. Who You Are: Have a post-graduate degree/MBA/ MSW from a reputed institute. Have 7-9 years of experience in a similar Learning and Development role, preferably in an IT / Tech organization Are a strong communicator with exceptional influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills. Are a passionate and creative individual with a strong understanding of pedagogy and adult learning behaviors. Have excellent instructional design and facilitation skills. Are proficient in data analysis and reporting tools. Are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Comfortable in Hybrid role requiring office presence of 2-3 days per week.
