What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations in a complex enterprise environment Deep expertise in Workday Studio, PECI, Core Connectors, and EIB Strong proficiency in XML, XSLT, and Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP) Demonstrated ability to lead integration projects from design through deployment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across technical and non-technical audiences Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, global team environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with HCM, Payroll, or Benefits data models and business processes Familiarity with iLoads or other Workday data migration tools Knowledge of middleware platforms such as Dell Boomi or MuleSoft Exposure to global benefits reporting and regulatory integration requirements Background in delivering integrations across multiple systems and global environments Show more Show less
