As an Inside Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outreach and relationship-building. What You’ll Do Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels. Use tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo to research accounts and contacts. Perform data mining and list building based on target market criteria. Maintain accurate records and activity logs in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). Schedule and coordinate sales meetings or demos with senior sales team members. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and follow-up strategies. Continuously meet or exceed outreach and qualified opportunity targets. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of inside sales or business development experience , preferably in a B2B/corporate sales environment. Proven experience with lead generation tools like Lusha, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc. Hands-on experience maintaining and updating CRMs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results oriented. Comfortable working with data and using metrics to drive decisions. Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent (preferred).
