Job Description

Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Identification:

    Assist in identifying and researching potential clients using online tools, social media, and databases.
  • Customer Engagement:

    Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce IT products and services.
  • Sales Support:

    Support the sales team in creating proposals, setting appointments, and following up on leads.
  • CRM Management:

    Update and maintain records of leads and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Learning & Development:

    Gain knowledge of IT products (hardware, software, cloud solutions, etc.) and industry trends through training and mentorship.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead generation activities and performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (any discipline; preference for IT, Computer Science, or Business).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn about IT sales and customer engagement.
  • Basic understanding of IT products or willingness to quickly learn.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-driven, organized, and motivated to grow in a sales career.
