Influencer Marketing Manager

Responsibilities: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach. Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers in the industry to collaborate on campaigns. Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with influencers, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budget. Create compelling content briefs and campaign proposals for influencers, guiding them on brand messaging and creative direction. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty industry Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and influencer landscape. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign success. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
