Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies to grow Jobskart.co’s visibility and audience.
• Identify and build strong relationships with influencers across relevant platforms.
• Co-create impactful, authentic content in collaboration with influencers.
• Manage influencer campaigns from outreach to delivery, including negotiation and tracking deliverables.
• Analyze campaign data to provide insights and improvements for future campaigns.
• Monitor influencer content for brand alignment and compliance.

Must-Have:

• Must have laptop
• Strong communication and networking abilities
• Passion for social media, content, and digital marketing
• Willingness to work full-time from our Kota office

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of influencer outreach tools and content creation
