Role Description

The Influencer Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve business objectives. This role requires a creative thinker with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the influencer landscape across various platforms, and a proven ability to manage relationships and projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for success, and establish methods for tracking and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and relevant influencer demographics.
  • Influencer Identification & Relationship Management:

  • Research, identify, and vet potential influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors across relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Blogs, etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse network of influencers and their representatives.
  • Negotiate contracts, compensation, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring legal compliance and mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage influencer communications, ensuring clear briefs, timely feedback, and positive collaborations.
  • Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Develop compelling campaign concepts, creative briefs, and content guidelines for influencers.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to content creation and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate content delivery, review, and approval processes to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Manage budgets for influencer campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting:

  • Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign results, ROI, and key learnings, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns based on performance data and market feedback.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, PR, social media, content, product, and lega,l to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on influencer marketing best practices and campaign progress.
