Influencer Manager


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Influencer Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing initiatives, working with high-impact influencers, content creators, and social media platforms to elevate our clients’ brand visibility and engagement.


Responsibilities

1.    Influencer strategy development: Define and drive the overall influencer marketing strategy in alignment with brand goals and broader marketing plans. Identify new opportunities for collaboration that deliver measurable business impact.

2.    Identify, vet, and onboard top-tier influencers: Proactively research, assess, and secure partnerships with influencers who align with brand values and target demographics across multiple platforms.

3.    Contract negotiation and relationship management: Lead negotiations on complex contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the brand while fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with influencers and talent agencies.

4.    Campaign leadership: Manage the end-to-end execution of large-scale influencer campaigns, including briefing, creative collaboration, approvals, and delivery of high-quality, brand-aligned content.

5.    Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (social media, PR, paid media, creative) to integrate influencer campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.

6.    Performance measurement: Establish KPIs, track campaign effectiveness, and provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights to optimize future initiatives.

7.    Market intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in influencer marketing, emerging platforms, content formats, and competitor activities. Continuously innovate to keep our influencer programs fresh and competitive.


Requirements

1.    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).

2.    Minimum of 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or partnerships, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact campaigns.

3.    Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and experience managing both micro- and macro-level influencer partnerships.

4.    Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into strategy adjustments.

5.    Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and internal stakeholders.

6.    Demonstrated experience managing budgets, contracts, and complex projects with multiple partners simultaneously.

7.    Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content that resonates with diverse audiences.

8.    Up-to-date knowledge of the latest influencer marketing trends, technologies, tools, and best practices.
