Role Overview
As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales through consultative selling of Terratern’s immigration and relocation services. You will engage with potential clients, understand their immigration needs, and provide expert solutions to help them achieve their global mobility goals. Your expertise in immigration services will ensure clients receive the best guidance and support, resulting in long-term relationships and successful sales outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their immigration and relocation needs.
- Provide consultations to clients, guiding them through the immigration process, visa options, and services offered by Terratern.
- Present tailored solutions to clients and help them navigate the complexities of international mobility.
- Close sales by successfully converting leads into clients, meeting sales targets and goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
- Follow up with clients to answer questions, resolve concerns, and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., visa consultants, operations) to ensure clients’ requirements are met and processed smoothly.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Stay updated on the latest immigration policies, trends, and competitor offerings to effectively advise clients.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
- Number of new clients acquired and deals closed.
- Achievement of sales targets and revenue goals.
- Client satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Number of consultations conducted and leads converted.
- Effective lead generation and pipeline management.
- Operational efficiency in meeting deadlines and providing solutions.
Eligibility
- 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the immigration, relocation, or similar service sectors.
- Strong knowledge of immigration processes, visa categories, and relocation services is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
- Strong closing skills and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in building relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
